Missions

These are the missions that our church has decided to take up.  We believe these missions to be a vital part of the Kingdom of God here on earth.

• Counseling Ministry - Ministry based in Beverly, Ohio where people can go get Christian counseling that will meet their needs.  The mission is supported entirely by giving churches and other people.
• Deaf and Hard of Hearing Institute - A mission based in Cincinnati, Ohio that specifically targets deaf and hard of hearing people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Kids for Christ International - Organization in St. Louis, Missouri that ministers to a particular section of the inner city while also targeting the children of that area.
• O.V.C.A. - Stands for Ohio Valley Christian Assembly.  This is our local church camp located in Darwin, Ohio.  This camp exists for the sole purpose of providing Christian education in a camp environment and to create a setting for building and nurturing Christian relationships.
• Parkersburg Christian Church - A local church lead by George Hall at 2109 11th Aveneue, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
• Reach Out on Campus (ROC) - This is a campus ministry on the grounds of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
• Save-The-Child Ministries, Inc. - A ministry in Georgia that brings expecting unwed mothers into a group home and ministers to their physical and spiritual needs.
• Person-to-Person Ministries located in Hillsboro, Ohio.
• KYOWVA - Stands for Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia evangelizing society.  This is an organization that helps to start new churches in these states while also helping existing churches fill open ministry positions.
